Dexterity - Either enough for gear or max block
Vitality - Rest
Mana - None

Gear:

Weapon 1 - P light Eschutas
Shield 1 - Spirit Monarch
Armor - COH
Helm - Shako or Griffs
Belt - Arch
Gloves - Magefists or Trangs gloves
Boots - Eth Treks
Rings - Soj + FCR ring or 2 x SOJ's
Ammy - 30 Mara's or Fletch
Weapon 2 - 6/6/4 cta
Shield 2 - Spirit Monarch

Skills:

Lightning - 20
Chain Lightning - 20
Nova - 20
Charged Bolt - 20
Lightning Mastery - 20
Warmth - 1
Teleport - 1
ES - 1

I can't think of anything else right now. I haven't made a Light sorc before so plz tell me if i did somehting wrong.

ok.. ty 4 the guide looks pretty good except 4 the helm.. is it ok if i use grif 5/4 light facet? and what about hoto except escuchas?

A little addition, You forgot lightning mastery from the skills. Max that as well (not that You wouldn't, but just ensureing)/

OK, thank you guys. I added them to the guide. Linked, you could use a hoto but i like eschutas for extra light damage.
