would wearing a 160/60 and a 120/45 help a lot or would it really be noticeable?

Havnt tryed but swingin fast is always a Plus...swing faster do dmg quicker...give it a try and c how it works out

Fastest smite possible is 6 frames per attack. It's not that hard to get there, and you can't go any faster with more IAS, so most of your IAS is wasted. Don't bother.
