are you experncing alot of lagg? usually if you have alot of lagg you will get realm down alot. or also joining and leaveing games alot.. if so you might need to clean you hard drive out.. are you running dialup? or cable/dsl? how much ram does your computer have? my freind was getting alot of lagg and i had him do a disk clean up and disk deframent and get ride of some unused programs and also had him get another 256mb or ram it brought his ping down alittle too from 400ping to 188 on dialup.

I dont lag maybe some times with Torch , I dont Join in Out every often maybe each 6 mins I have 5 MB connection and my PC has a RAM of 512
