We all know that with 20 points in lightning mastery that a lightning sorc is just about godly. Give her 20 points in chain lightning, twenty points in lightning, and those synergies in even one points of lightning storm are pretty big.
So does anyone have any improvements on a lightning sorc that can solo hell? I'm looking for improvements in stat and ability distribution and some pretty decent items. Any help would be appreciated.
