D2loader on 1.11, how safe?

Got my d2loader to work. And now im interested in knowing how safe it is. Has anyone ever reported beeing banned for using it on 1.11, or doesnt blizzard care?

If there is a slightest doubt, im gonna use 2x Windows XP Accounts instead, since my main goal is to run 2 copies at a time, but those other features are nice to have tho.

as for you question, i havnt been playing on bnet for that long but i have been in and around a fair few diablo 2 forums (as well as bnet forums), i'v never seen someone post a problem about loaders/no cd hacks, you shouldnt have a problem
