Is there a mod that is for 1.11 that gives all the new runewords, unique/set drop, and when you go to akara she has Runes and Gems? if not then is there one of these for 1.10?

Yes, Volf's test patch will allow you to test out the new runewords offline, you can get it here: http://www.volf.biz/phpBB2/dload.php?act...ile_id=102 (you will need to register at that forum to download the mod, there are other mods available at that site that are fun, and Volf is a very good mod maker). It is not, however, a drop mod, so you won't be getting uniques and sets from this mod.

If you go to the Phrozen Keep (http://phrozenkeep.it-point.com/), one of the best places for D2 mod-makers, you'll find in the mod archive (listed under the file center) a drop mod for 1.11 called "Dupe and Drop Mod for v1.11b" - i know it at least drops unique items (it'll drop them i believe either according to your level or to the difficulty - so like for example if you head out of the rogue encampment @ lv.1 and kill something it may drop a biggins bonnet - unique cap - or something like that, and won't just drop a tyraels), not as sure if it drops set items.

If you are looking for a 1.10 drop mod, BlackWolf's Drop 'N Dupe Mod is a drop mod that will drop set/unique items, and also sells runes/gems @ the vendors. However, since it is 1.10, it doesn't have the extra option to make the new runewords.
