Passive max res from res skills

Anyone know how much passive max res you get from putting points into the res auras?

When you have the aura active, you get +1% max for every solid skill point spent in it. When the aura is off, you get half of that bonus.

Example: 10 points in Resist Fire

Active = +10% max
Passive = +5% max
