How Do U Get Other Class Skills Into Items?

i tried goin into magic attribuutes and into non-class skills and pressed on battle orders and when i try it on D2, im able to ujse it but nothing happens, nothing changes and when i tried teleport in non class skill it used teleport but didnt move one bit, y? its in the new zonfire.

Try charges instead of non-class skills. There might be a glitch.

Hmm I use Hero editor all the time to mess around and My sorc has A bunch Of Non-Class skills she can bo and do burst of speed , skellies , mages , zeal , hammer , oak , probably others but I dunno.. Heres the file Have a look at her stuff and see if you can figure it out.
