Sup guys, I need to find a way to either 'self build' a small thing that will help me repeatedly press a button, such as V, non stop.
Now 1) Im talking about you know, the birdy with liquid in the bottom that bobs its head once in a while? Something like that could work. [Related to Episode in Simpsons, where Homer uses one of those bobber birds to repeatedly push a button."
2) No, Ive thought about the "AutoIts" that automatically send the key and all else, but my problem is i need it to be manually pressed.
Anyone have any tips on how to get it to be manually pushed, over a repeated amount of times? [such as when im asleep]
To clear/sum it up: Need a easy to build device that can push a button over and over again. My idea: somehow get a fan to spin, and when it reachees a certain point, it will push my pencil onto the button. Not sure if it'll work.
Someone please help!

Easiest way to build a 'robot arm' would cost somewhere around 500$ USD, and expereience, and if you had that you wouldn't need to be asking here, so I really don't know anyother way.
But , why do you need to have a key pressed?

Hmm why am i a d2s/Veteran (not that i dont like it, : THX yay) ok anyways: Edit, nvm i just read the post about vet/legends. Thx.
500$!??!?! Jesus Christ.
Well I've gotten bored of Diablo and have stopped playing for the past few weeks (this has been my... hm... 4th break from D2 since 1.10.) so im getting into a game called MapleStory (hacking and chopping mushrooms, yeah yeah = D ).
Well, you know how this site has bots/hacks for d2? Well Im trying to do a 'maual bot' for that, since that game has a "warden" like feature that wont let any script run, even using Autoit wont work. So i need a way to make it press keys by itself on the keyboard (seems thats the only way it works).
Like about the bobber bird or whatever it is (you know, the head with a shaft and a round container at the bottom with water? (i think its water) that bobs, and eventually pokes its head down? Yeah something like that.
But i mean...500$ for a robotic arm.... well ill be damned. Isn't there anyone here thats crafty with designing stuff = P Whip me up a thing that would or would not require energy, [cheap though]. Im too desperate .
kk ive dragged this too long. thx!

Actually, those types of things will not work on maple story, believe me I've tried, they block the button after a certain amount of times.
Let me give you some advice, don't try any manor of botting on maple story, no macros progs, no anything, there is a very very good chance you will get banned. I got banned for botting once before.
But something like that could be made with kenex or legos+electric motor+duct tape.

Hmm well just repeated pressing a button every 5 seconds wont cause the char to stop attacking will it? Only holding the button down will, i think, or am i wrong. (sorta new to Maple) God dam i wish i had legos. And a motor.... Any other ideas possibly?
Thx tahu, ill keep that in mind though.

how about a motor that will turn a wheel. somewhere on that wheel will be a string attached to a weight with a point at the end that will come down once a spin, pressing the button. make sure to loop the string through a sturdy ring so that it only goes up and down, not in a full circle. motors should be relatively easy to find. my old k'nex came with one

Ok guys Thx for your advices, I made my own with a Rotating Fan that goes left-right, string and a pencap:
1) Take off actual key so the soft part is showing.
2) Tie 1 end of string to fan
3) Tie 2nd end of string to pencap /tape it
4) Stick pencap in the corner so its leaning on an angle.
5)When the fan turns left, it pulls the cap up, thus the tip of the cap pokes the key. When the fan turns left, it lets loose tthe string, so the cap falls down slowly.
But too bad, Maple doesnt allow monsters to spawn if i stand in one place, i need to move left and right....

Now you're just getting overboard, just watch tv while you do it, if you really want to.... it's not really worth all that effort mate.
