my friend has an ok computer and shitty dial up and his ping is always over 600... is it bcuz of his internet or what... it has only been like this for a few days

well i got dial-up and i play fine. i didn't when i had 128ram but ever since i got 512ram i rarely lag with the same interent. does ur friend have like 128 or 256ram, that might be why.
