Do you get random fps drops?

I was wondering if any of you guys get random fps drops. For some reason I am getting random fps drops. I would be playing and then all of a sudden it would become really laggy fps wise.

Used to happen on my old comp. Just try using DirectDraw instead of OpenGL.

Oh shit, when I posted my first response, i thought that I was answering to a Diablo thread.

Anyway, look for an fps config anywere on the internet, it helps a lot if You've got a computer with low-end specs.
