I have a level 64 sorceress and her lighning damage is 4-5000. Am I doing something wrong? My minumum damage is so low! Is this normal? Please answer

Nope that's the biggest downside to the lightning skills. You have the chance to do very low damage. However you also have the up side, high damage. If you are using Chain Lightning you are also delivering multiple hits at 4-5000 each, so it does work out.

Completely normal don't freak. I have lvl 87 with 4-15k damage chain lightning. So don't stress it and get the 5k higher!
