I think they should allow you to allocate the stat points as the merc levels up that way its customized to how you want it gear wise.

ya i think that the merc should b like a 2nd charactor but not quite as strong and u should b able 2 control him

Yeah, I liked the merc wear full gear idea, then you could have major merc duels Same with xqs's idea, with the stats, that would be cool to so you could set it up with more life, dex, or w/e. If they added stats they should add skills for a merc to so you can get other skills with your merclaugh:

the inventory idea is great especially when you don't have any room -.- though the mercs aren't so smart like in act4 they'd still attack even though they have iron madien on. So reviving them for 50k every time would cost alot T.T

it would be Pretty cool but mercs kinda own already, Eth CV Insight, Eth Enigma for the Str, and an Eth bugged gaze, + a hammerdin is amazing for mf'in
