You know the new runewords that came out with the new patch? Well I thought you could only make them on ladder or maybe im wrong, but I have one on Non-Ladder. And if you can only make it on ladder i wanna know how it got to non ladder, because ladder hasnt reset since the new patch.

If you are referring to one of the 3os body armor runewords that each add like +2 skills to one of the classes (Bone, Enlightenment, Myth, Peace, Principle, Rain, Treachery), all of these can be made in SP, Open B.net, or Closed B.net (ladder or NL), as long as its on the 1.11 version for any of these.
