This is a very expensive build, but it pays off for a great rusher/Baaler/Diablo clone killer/Mfer. I'll tell you my exact build. I recommend getting a grush for this Paladin. It's much faster and less confusing if you put all the gear on in the right order for the perfect build.
My Gear:
40 Hoto
200 ed Um'd Hoz
Up'd Mages
Arach
1 Soj
1 Bk
11/15 eth Treks
Armageddon Slippers
Um'd Shako
1300 def Dusk Enigma
20/17/7 Anni
11/18 Sin Torch
*6bo/5bc CTA
*Paladin Spirit
xEth CV Insight
xAndys Mask
xeth Fort

x = Mercanary
It's very important to either have a very high attribute anni, or very high attribute torch. If both the torch and the anni are low on attributes, the build won't work.
Set-up:
I recommend until level 80 before you start to worry about putting gear on.
Put the anni, torch, and Slippers on first. You Should have about 75-80 strength. From there, put the Shako on. You should have just enough for the Dusk Enigma. After putting the Enigma on, just throw the rest of your gear on. At level 80, if you've saved your stats like you're supposed too, you'll have about 395 stat points ready for nothing but Vitality. You won't have to worry about mana if you have a good Insight'd A2 Defensive Hell merc.
