inhances all skill mods to be 7 to all skills and all stats are highly increased?? everythign drops a unique item and the exp is godly. one monster =5 lvls startin at lvl 1. take a lvl 1 char and get to 99 in one act in say stony and dark. and with a diabolic mod enablesd on it too? i was in one in 1.10 but no clue if it still exist. if you know where i can find it please tell me. thx

high stats and skills per level and high exp...yes.
items ppl consider godly...yes..
diabolic active for the mod..no

the high exp with hacked items i know of since i built it. but never used diabolic after discovering a backdoor coding.

if he needs a basic dropmod, i can probably just create one for him. only takes 10 minutes to alter creatures drop rate and set up a balanced ratio.
