pally strength

Okay, i am making a new hammerdin pally, and this is my first. I am not that rich yet, so i dont have anni, or torch.....yet. But i wanna make my pally be able to wear my gear, like a hoz and stuff like that. But i just read in " IxLe's Guide to Making a Hammerdin" that just to use base strength. But if i just use base strength, how am i gunna be able to use my gear?

O and p.s. i need help on dex, does a hoto require dex? ANd im gunna b using a wiz spike until i get a hoto, so should i put dex in 4 that? or just wait for hoto. please some 1 help me. thnx you

Er.. read it again, it says base, or enough for the equipment same with dex. And why don't you get a hoto and look at the dex? If you don't know these things, I suggest you not make a hammerdin.

dude lets not get mean here okay. This website is made to help other people out, not to be total meanies to them. Calm down okay. Its just a question. If i knew people where gunna be meanies to me when i come on this site, i wouldn't of joined 3 YEARS AGO!!!!! Thnx for being the first total butthead to be mean to me on here.

yeah your gonna want base str. because you wanna reach roughly 4k life. Here are my paladins skills

str. - base
dex. - 65
vit. - 450
nrg. - base

i got by just fine without completely stressing about my str. I suggest you visit the Arreat Summit website. http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/ this website is SO helpful and should answer a lot of your questions. as for going thru the game with your new paladin this place should help. I'm willing to help to. and if you cant use your current items then maybe you shouldn't or find charms and shit with added str. and dex. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU START A CHARACTER. i can't stress that enough, because it'll take forever to get your fortune if you dont know the right people

strength should be enough to wear enigma. if u don't have enigma don't make a hammerdin. dex should be enough for max block. rest into life.
