Megadeth (all time favorite), Metallica, Children of Bodom, Slayer, Rhapsody, Blind Guardian. Stuff like that. PURE EFFING METAL!

That's like my list except I don't listen to Slayer that often, never heard of Rhapsody or Blind Guardian. And Megadeth isn't my favorite but I love 'em.

And yeah, well, Same for me a little with slayer, I only like a few of their songs really, but i threw em up there anyways. Rhapsody and Blind guardian is a different type of metal already, and not many people listn to power metal. But its like... Dragon slaying, Nordic warrior, Swords, glory, and honor battlefield metal. lol. I love it.

Uh, yeah, you can compare it to Viking metal, it has catchy sweet shit like thta in it,but its alot more like... "cheesy" i suppose. The singing isnt heavy either. Lol, check out like, Emerald Sword or Dawn of Victory by Rhapsody if you want. If you want likle, the most extreme power metal ever, get Some dragonforce, like My spirit will go on or something.
