Questions on light sorc build

How come Chilling isnt listed?i find it usefull dueling bowzons. What bonus's does telikinsis give to energy shield?.
this is what i plan on doing for mine

20LIghtning
20mastry
20Chain of lightning
20nova
1 into energy shield
1 into thunderstorm
1into chilling.
then after that dump into charged bolt.
I pretty much want a good pvp light sorc that can take a few hits(if i get hit)without dieing super fast. Any tips?

I think that your sorc will be good-built with that skills but do you need it to fight only with bowamazons?I reccommend that if you want to duel other chars you should use the last shield don't remember its name maybe chilling is because it give the greatest deffenses.

Each point in Telekinesis makes Energy Shield's damage absorption more effective. By default, for each point of damage absorbed by Energy Shield, 2 mana points are deducted - a 200% ratio. Each hard skill point in Telekinesis makes Energy Shield 6.25% more effective. For example, with 8 points in Telekinesis, 1.5 mana points are deducted for each point of damage absorbed - a 150% ratio. With 16 points in Telekinesis, one point of damage absorbed equals one point of mana loss - a 100% ratio.

Simply put.. At base values each point of damage is absorbed with two points of mana. at telekensis lvl 16, each point of damage is absorbed with one point of mana.

Dont forget charged bolt, a synergy to lightning, without it youll lose 5k-7k damage
