Lag due to Hero Editor

I have a question for people who have used hero editors, do they make your computer lag. All the sudden my computer has run like crap. It's slow and choppy when I play d2 and it takes forever to load like internet explorer. I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this. It could also be because rundl.32 is messed up...again it does it to me all the time.

I suppose Hero editor can ad to lag if your editing a charcter while playing online with another, thats the only way it could ad a tiny bit to the lag.

How ever internet explorer might cause lag, after the latest ie update i got a huge inrease in lag, and i wasnt able to connect to ftp servers anymore. Intenet explorer does effect your computer performance even if your not running it, its enought that its installed,, so if you updated ie about 1,5 months ago then a reset might help.
Also if rundl.32 is messed up that is a problem, you should replace it with a new one.

what is rundl.32? if it causes problems with games, maybe i have that problem too.

HE does not lag the game.....its just a program thats designed to edit .d2s files....
this might cause the loading to be longer when joining/creating games....as the files size increaes....(with more items in the game)

maybe u just need to format ur comp. thats what im about to do. and to go to a ftp u have to download something that will let u.

4 or 5 characters is a TON of editing. Took me hours and hours of testing just to get my hacked javazon working right with enough dmg. but she got deleted by accident.
