PVM Sorc build?

if ur going for pure pvm for baaling and such, i recommend u make a hammerdin. sorcs are too hard to pvm and u need rich gear. all a hammerdin needs is enigma and some other crap, but mostly enigma

If your just doing rushes and mfing make a light sorc give her a infinity merc and she is good to go nothing is better if your planning on useing a sorc trust me but i prefer a hammerdin.

You know what you do, you MF your ass off, Do cow runs by yourself and pick everything up and sell it for gold. Buy Sojs, buy items. Sell them for more. Coming up quick in D2 is not hard. Strap your Sorc up with all the MF u can get and go kill meph, over and over. That's how i pimped out my sorc at an early level. And it helped me Get great gear for my lvl 90 amazon, barb, and assasin, and of course my necro. and druid..and pally..get what im sayin? Light is definitely the way to go.

yep, light is the best. its not hard to get good either. get infinity and your set, if u have infinity and res in hell, you will own. even w/ 12k damage. cuz infinity makes up for it in a big way.

Blizzard...because they can do more dmg than an orb sorc typically and the others are harder and don't do as much dmg in that area.cool:

have u not seen any of our other threads? blizzard ****ing sucks, orb is WAY better then blizzard b/c u can shoot it twice as fast as blizzard and the damage shown is PER shard, not to mention the actual orb itself does WAY more than what is shown

personally I think it depends on how rich you are.

Cold sorcs often struggle in a hell rush but they are fine at norm and nm and don't cost much.

fire probably is about as expesive as a cold soso for norm / nm but then again i've never had a hell capable one.

Orbers, well lets face it, you fire and run, brilliant fun but very hard to make an effective hell booster.

For a lite sorc you need a shed load of gear including infi to manage hell imho but if you can do it, they are the best. imho.

a orber can get about 1k dmg if im correct and thats each shard, (if your rich) that does hell VERY well if you ask me. i can do hell with my sorc doing 500 dmg :\

Meteorb for me, two strong elements. Pretty easy to do.
Light always used alot of mana for me.
(1.10 experience mainly)
Dunno about 1.11 stuff. I'm hearing lots of good things about lightning with Infinity and all.
