I was wondering what character is fun and can solo hell, don't say hammerdin, I want something more original.

something fun and original must be a necro..so many skellys and then going solo..and they fight for you..

Thats not really original, its called a summoner, and I don't really like the idea and think it's boring.
Trapsin can solo hell! It's a little tougher without an infinity merc but can still be done with out it. Mine is level 98 and can go any where she damn well pleases lol!! gl

What damage does your wind druid have? Mine got boring because he did 4k and my hammerdin has redemption that sucks up life+mana, and I find that a problem with my wind druid.

my light sorc is my coolest character to do solo hell.. she has infinity merc and does 45k lighting dmg

I go for speed and power. My light sorc was doing 38k with 200 fcr and had infinity merc. I still needed better helm and crud though ><
p.s - Chain lightning isn't maxed =/

bone necros can also solo hell...and if you are uber rich as hell, you could make a bowazon...

Or maybe a DT (Double Throw) Barb with a good tank merc. A fun build to try.

You know i've actually thought about doing a double throw build, i always somehow wind up getting those freggin throwable weapon drops.
Mabye if you had a good crushing blow wep on the switch, make like a BO singer hybrid thing. Mabye I'll dink around with hero editor tonight

I'm gonna have to go with frogman and justin.... i have a light sorc with an infinity merc that tears everything up. she soloed uber d once even... but fails miserably in uber trist.

Only necros can do hell solo because there are the less immune to magic damage monsters

i voted barb due to the fact there is a very low precetage of monster immune to physical and even ur not rich enough for all the runeword gear and wat not. a barb built right in skills/stats with full ik can solo most of hell.

my barb does 6k ww, 7.4k zerk. he uses ebotd enigma 400ed pheonix monarch
on ladder. i can kill every single thing in hell IN ONE PLAYER. more than one player with any melee char becomes hell, literally.

I know this sounds more of a PvP char but Vengeance/Conviction Pally w/ Enigma=P Tele everywhere and chop em'
