It adds teddies some of the skills are rearranged and it adds dolls. I have baal as a doll

Oh let me testify. Girl, this mod is of the heesy for sheezy. sorry had to get that out the way. but i have played for only 2 hours and the gameplay is aweome new monster new armor and weapons a full set of armor when you start 1 space items that sell for millions and the gambling LORD HAVE MERCY the gambling. i'll let it speak for its self
