has anyone got this to work if so plz explain how because it doesnt work for me and i did what it said to

yeap i guess no 1 is going to help though i really wana find a program to tell the lvl so i can roll good charms

first load the ilvl.exe, then load the other hotkey.exe

when in a game hover ur cursor over the item u wish to know the ilvl of, and press the button (insert or sumtin like that, i forgot )
in dark golden text at the top left of the d2 window, it will write the Ilvl of the item

i duno but i found a diffrent one to use and it works ok

The program is virus free. I am not sure if it works or not, as I have never tried it.
