Baal run bot or sequences

I've been seeing a lot of 'bots' doing chaos runs and baal runs lately. I'm not sure if that's what it is, but people will say "patience, its a bot" and stuff. Also, the character will say the same messages in every run. During baal runs, it will make the town portal in the back corner and always says "Careful comming through. I will let you know when the portal is safe." etc. It's a level script or bot I assume.

Does anyone know what this is or where to get it?
