Good circet?

ok i've done my homework on this one. i know traps are only affected by ias not fcr, and you can't get ias on a circet. so you would want to get a magic circet so you get 2socketes off larzek so you can get more ias. So for only being able to have 1 more mod, 15str is good. then i could socket and put in 2 15ias and 15all res. So therefore, this circet is worth something then right? This is the first thing i've ever gambled thats good if so then lol
