we go back and fourth. on maybe the 3rd name hes like

so we join a game, we just bullshit. he never refers to me as anything. we just talk. it was well played, he was good at it. im sure he got a lottt of good items

I made friends with a scammer when we were in a channel when he was trying to scam me, after I told him I knew about the scam, we laughed, he said he got a gg hammerdin w/ 2/20/20 pally circs, armagedden slippers and all, just that day when he was scamming. He gave some of the character to me.

i also made friends with a scammer. (he has retired from diablo now) this dude tried to scam me a few times but he never got anything from me. but this dude was so good at it he had 26 accounts so full of good items it would make some of you cry. (1.10) i got free from him all the time but i was like wtf. he would ull altimes of scams but he never use scam programs. he'd just goad ppl.... i wish he still played cuase he would give me anything i ever asked for. (though i never let him xfer for me.)

why the hell would i care where he got it. where he got it was his business and i didnt care. and why shoul i? i had nothing to do with his scams nor have i ever scammed any1. in fact i have saved many ppl from getting scammed. so dont tell me i wasnt better then the scammer himself. i know i got scammed goods but i also know i stopped him from scamming various ppl. however its not like i could follow this guy around and stop him. he gave me free and others free just because he had so much. And i dont think he actually scammed for the items. i think he just liked being so good at scamming that he just did it. when he had full acounts he would scam som1 tke there items then give them back.

i just did tell you you werent any better. personally i would not accept items if i knew they were got by scams for free or in a trade.

Dont be too hard on him blood, its not quite as bad. If his actions influenced FURTHER scamming, i.e. he was buying items at heavily reduced costs becuase they 'fell off the back of a truck' then he be a bit of a sc**bag-- I would fully agree with you. But this was overflow the scammer didn't want and was given for free, possible gear that found its way back into the scammable newb community from which it came.
