Get it on an Eth Dimensional, and upgrade to Phaseblade, then you got yourself one helluva weap.

That would be nice but i don't think it's possible to get 450% ED WITH fools mod, maybe a bit lower than 400% ed would seem posible..

Too bad the weapon isn't a Ezerker axe =/
