Which screen to load EasyPlay??

hey whats the right screen to load easyplay on D2 window?? is it:

1) Before Logging on Bnet(D2 Main screen)
2) Bnet Chat Chanels
3) Or inside a game?

bcuz i was told that if u load EasyPlay on the wrong place u have more chance of being caught by blizzard...
