Guitar Hero and DDR are really pointless. If you wanna dance go to the club and get some fine ass rubbed on ya. If you wanna play guitar learn. Case and point.

I agree that DDR is retarded and I think no self respecting gamer would ever touch that damned thing...but I'm addicted to Guitar Hero. Hell, the guys from Trivium keep it on their tour bus with them so at least I can maintain my dignity with Guitar Hero, it's also heavily endorsed by Penny-Arcade so even from the gamer stand point it's respectable.

ya ok.. *follows advice* so if i wanna play a first person shooter i should just go out and start shooting ppl. and if i wanna play gta i should just go out and steal cars and get missions. and if i wanna play a fighter game i should just go out and start beating ppl down. and if i wanna start an rpg then i aught to just pick up a sword go questing and chop ppl down.

these games are like any other and games purpose is to entertain. get real dude.

I don't play actual DDR, but I do play a PC game called Stepmania (free game) that is basically DDR for the PC. I believe you can possible attach a pad to it, but you can also play with your arrow keys and I simply do that. You can download more songs and such for the game. Basically Bum DDR I guess, heh.

back when it was d2sector there was a dame in the arcade that was kinda like ddr. 1 song and it was wierd but ya..

I'm not a big fan of DDR, if people want to make fools out of themselves by hopping around like they are possesed by an Irish spirtit that makes them do the riverdance, then that is fine. Things that will soon rule control the world:

1. Walmart
2.Myspace
3.DDR

The point is these are things you can do in real life. It's not like you can just pick up and AK-47 and start bustin' caps in real life. Why waste your time doing something like that in a game when you CAN do it in real life?

u can just take a ps2 pad and cut off the end and add a serial attachment and download drivers for a joystick and it works. me and my friend did it
