mmbot chicken?!

does this chicken option really work? i had 157 runs, 1 death and 0 chickens. i have a lvl 90 pally with everything but sojs (fcr rings instead) and he has died twice now since using mmbot. when putin "yes" in the chicken option does this really do anything? should i really be dieing without chickens? is there anyway to edit the chicken optin in mmbot? i have no idea lol.

You can die without the chicken option easily... Called lag. Ive seen it happen to my bot, he comes down the bridge from eld. to shenk and there are 22 skeleton archers. The server was lagged enough and this is over the edge. He teles in place for like a solid minute or two and then the game unlags and he is dead. (perhaps not the only reason)

alright.....I watched my bot for like an hour after you replied and exactly what you said was correct. Guessing the ole comcast dropped out on me or something. well, thank you for your time.

yea the chicken does work .. if u want to be safe u could always raise the lvl of hps at which it chickens... and check u havnt put a ';' somewhere infront of a line that u might need

Delerious, do you use a merc... I didn't cause I thought they were just a hassle and my din could easily work alone. Tried it out, I equipped him with some less than perfect EQ; bonehew, levi armor, andy mask -- nothing ethereal, just mid range for the stats. He is a holy freeze (act2 nm) merc. When I tele the merc appears on top and when attacked seems to take the first hit, two or five, whatever until the merc moves. For times of lag the merc tends to die and I dont. I used to die 2 times per night of runs, and since starting to use a merc I haven't died a single time (about 2 weeks).

Typically overnight set of runs - 200-300 runs, 40-60 drinks (stupid merc), 0 deaths, 4-12 chickens, 5-15 merc ressurects. Just costs money... better than losing experience, and risk the small potential of losing equipment. Also add a redemption (even if you just put 1 lvl in it plus skillz will make it more than useful) to your sequence. After each shenk and eldritch, or just whatever you do second (usually shenk).

My loot shenk looks something like this -- not at home dont copy word for word

s(key_delay)
s(sleep_delay4) ; this is like 300-500 mseconds, watch the bot and tweak if necessary.
Pkit... or whatever and so forth.

I find that cleansing is worthless, I am never that badly poisoned, especially by shenk/eld. So just replace that command with the redemptions. give it an extra brief delay, and then let it continue while he picks items until he returns to town and switches for Vigor. My pally almost never drinks a potion himself so they can all go to merc more or less. I have NEVER run out of full juvies.

Yeah, i use a merc. He has a jewled gskull, 2.8k eth fort, and an eth insight cv. Hes lvl 91 (same as my pally now). I just douple checked to make sure there wasnt a";" in from of the chicken line, and it was ok. It will be a while, but when i reach lvl 92 i will put a point into redemption. I havn't tryed that out yet. But i totally agree with you about cleansing lol. shenk and eldritch dont exactly put any deadly poison on ya.

Oh yeah, i havn't run out of juvies YET, but i did see him kinda low on them once while i was checking on him. But i think he's fine on the pots.

well if your not running out of pots now... and redemption should save even more you can up the number of drinks per run or up the percent life left before you drink. I think my pally drinks at 60% life and 10% mana, pretty much default, not sure if you changed it. might help a little, but not so much to save you from a bad connection. just out of curiousity whats your EQ, resists in nm, and hammer damage w/conc.?

my hammer dmg is 9.1k, i use hoto nigma umd shako treks 2x10fcr rings maras and mage fist. oh, and a spirit sheild. my resists are all 75 in hell. i think the only thing thats killin me now is Comcast Cable.

other than you could use a torch, or maybe a hoz (lose some faster caste rate for more damage) you sound pretty sorted... sounds like your right... those comcast Fu*#$%s
