first some info: i play us west, sc, ladder
she's going to be a cold sorc, and is currently lvl 14
26 str, 37 dex, 28 vit, 58 energy
FIRE TREE:
2 warmth
LIGHTNING TREE:
2 static field
1 telekenisis
COLD TREE:
7 ice bolt, 1 ice blast, 1 frozen armor, 1 shiver armor
(the 2nd warmth is from my eq)

I think the problem is the stat points put into energy. I agree with ghammer, since she's only level 14, if you think you messed up, you can remake and get to the same level in an hour easily.

remake a new sorc and just put 1 in warmth 1 in static rest in blizz and its synergies then u should be fine.. blizz is best attack for ice

What kind of sorc is she blizz or orb? Doesn't really matter but you should remake her and put 1 into warmth, 1 into telekinesis, 1 into frozen armor (most other cold armors are worthless). Then skill for whatever kind of sorc you choose blizz or orb. Don't forget that putting points into mana isn't very useful so put them in vitality. You don't dex either unless you are going to use wizzy.

yea i didn't do a perfect build with my blizz sorc either, but she's lvl80 now and her blizz does about 3500-3800 damagedevilish: and my holy freeze merc with insight helps alot too. I would say you should put all points into vitality and enough str for the armor you are gonna wear - probably around 90 str is good for most armor
