Weird item prog

I joined this dupe game and I gave the guy my armor (its bad) and he "used his prog" and came back dropped my armor and dropped a ko, and he is lvl 21. So this might be a new prog but we friended eachother. The items he got with my items are, Ko, venom grips, some pgems, Sazabis helm, and he got a spirit but he kept that.

Yea those aren't relly hard items to find, he might just be trying to sucker you into something.
