A while back, about 1 year ago or so, I violated some kind of diablo b-net rules and they suspended my key so that I could not msg anyone or talk to anyone outside of a game. They threw me in the void room where no one can chat. I really didn't even know why, I don't think i did anything illegal or anything, but anyways i played for a while and then just got tired of it being like that so I quit diablo. I would really like to know if anyone had any ideas on how to get this suspension off of my key. I believe it has been on there long enough, there has to be some way to get it off. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please hit me up, thanks.

well i was in the void for quite a while but then bnet unbanned me for some strange reason the rebanned me...

It will not be removed. My friends key has been muted for 3 years and he still can't whisper anyone. Most likely, you were spamming channels, that is the most common reson that Battle.net would mute your CD Key.

bnet support website used to have an automated thing to try to unmute your account, its gone now.
you could try emailing [email=support@blizz]support@blizz[/email], but good luck

Well...sometimes I was in the void channel after I left a game, but I could simply change the channel
