Need help with mmbot544
#1
I was able to get the bot working, which is a miracle in its self. Since I am about as computer savy as a bottle of ketchup. Any help would be greatly appreciated but please go into great detail.

Ok heres my problem, I started running mmbot544 yesterday and it works fairly well but I still need to work out a few problems. I also run the d2multitool to perm chars, transfer, and rush myself.

After I got the bot going I went to transfer items using the d2multitool and noticed that just like when the bot is running all the torches have green block over them. The portals and monsters have green or red blocks over them and some monsters are invisable. I went to play d2 in normal mode with the use of no hacks or bots and noticed that every thing has been minimized.

I think the bot does this to cut down on lag which is great but when I am not botting I hate trying to play the game with every thing being small or in the multitool version running 2 games and every thing is not only small but has green or red blocks over it or is invisable. This makes it very hard to rush myself.

So long story short i need to know how to get rid of the the green and red blocks and make the invisable monsters visable in the d2multitool version and make every thing normal size in the d2multitool version and the normal play version.

I hope I explained this well enough for every 1 to understand my problem and I hope there is a simple solution that will keep the bot from imposing itself on the other 2 ways I play diablo 2. As mentioned earlier I know little about computers so if there is a solution please make it as simple as possible. I thank every one in advance for any help that may be given.

Rename the "data" folder in your D2 directory (c:\program files\Diablo II) to something else while using the multitool or remove -direct -txt from multitools target.

just adding on to what powerdeath said, when you set up mm.bot u put the "data" folder from mmbot into your diablo2 directory, and replaced the current one. This is what causes everything to look differnt.
I fixed this problem by simiply making two copys of diablo two in my programfiles, and setting my desktop shortcut to the unchanged file (the one with the origonal data file) and leaving the mmbot pathway going to my old diablo2 folder (which has the mmbot data file in it)
