how are we supposed to know if its 1.09 or 1.10 then?

if it's ladder its 1.10 -_- i don't know if any of that is worth either of the items ur looking for... but i was just wondering, what did u pay for ur tomb reaver? just wondering what mines worth -_- mines like 27x% ed 3 socket 6x% mf and 4x% pris.... (at school and can't remember exact %'s)
