Maphack help. urgent.

ok so i have spent a long time and held out on not needing maphack. but nowadays i just get really bored of trying to do pvm and going so slow while my friends mf 10 times as fast as i do.

but my main problem is that i use a macintosh. and im pretty sure that Stings maphack doesnt work on macs. Is there any way to get it to work? Or does anybody know of a maphack for macintosh computers?

AM I THE ONLY MAC USER THAT PLAYS d2 lol. grah. it is frustrating.

I don't use Macs... I do use Linux\Windows sso I can't be that big of a help for you. The stings maphack exe should be in the Bin folder though after extracting.

My friend has a mac, and at least on his machine, i couldn't figure out how to get it running. I believe that he was running OS X. I would be able to download it and extract it, but when i actually tried to open the executable file, it couldnt open it because it wasn't sure what program it was or how to run it.

Both my friend and I have spent literally, HOURS looking for a MH for him. No dice. My advice to you is: if your in love with your mac, trade it in for an intel program so you can run windows for ur pc games (and get map hack), and use OS X for ur regular everyday stuff, or just get a cheap, desktop PC.

So no, you aren't the only mac user.

You could try using EasyPlay Lite... I don't recommend it over Stings but it is currently undetectable...

Well my suggestin is that you use this http://darwine.opendarwin.org/ to run the maphack on a Mac..

if that doesnt work the only other thing i can think of is virtual pc?

ok so basically anything that runs an executable file (.exe) i cant use. i looked at the darwine thing and it isnt ready to run .exe files and virtual pc... well forget that. So i guess im doomed to mf slowly lol. its ok i'll manage. thanks for ur help.

I'm pretty sure there isn't, unless you want to create your own... my friend would appreciate that . Maybe you could patch an image or something on a PC that has mh? I still reccomend a new computer. Preferably a PC.

I currently use Easy play....its a nice mh and I havn't been able to get sting's working yet...(perhaps cuz im not admin on my computer or something) it is undetectable but I dunno if it works on a mac....macs are just weird =P

I prefer Linux for my UNIX based operating system... it is a lot more friendly when it comes to "Press 1 for Windows, 2 for Linux" when I start up the computer.

Any luck getting EasyPlay Lite working on the Mac?

ok so on linux you can accualy choose wut system u want? that is sick!... didnt c3po work for mac?
