with ur normal gear u dont have 125 fcr. u suck
lol jk, very nice stuff, but u need 125fcr if u wanna duel. use that circlet instead of shako when doing pvp, and the fcr rings too, and shako and sojs in pvm.
btw i dont see why u use a cham shako, its not like u attack with ur hoto, and cold doesnt reduce fcr.

look at my guide for hammerdin (in the smiter zealer hammerdin guide by link_4_ever, stickied in this forum) and ull see the perfect gear for a pvp hammerdin
