ok when i was lvl 80 i had 75% block rate and now i am lvl 85 i havnt changed my items (the only thing i did was put some into defiance and vita) and now my block rate is 74% what is going on?

When you level your block decreases you need to add more into dex until it hits the 75% block mark.

As you level up the amount of dex required to maintain maximum blockage increases. There is no real way around it. You could use charms to gain the necessary dex (as I do) or add it in manually.

Whats confusing? As you lvl up, your block% decreases. So when it does decrease, just add dex untill it hits 75% again.

ur block rate depends WHICH IS THE LAST MONSTER THAT HIT U. if u go to normal act1, vs a fallen, u wont have the same block rate as in hell act5 vs baal.

i dont think it goes down with lvl, although its possible, where did u hear that guys??

Level determines your blockage. It may vary from normal to NM to hell, but it doesn't vary from monster to monster (atleast in the same difficulty.

Dex determines your block along with your level
