You can do that in photoshop.. its nothing big really. But its ok if your new.. I guess. And it isnt flash. Its animation. Flash is videoish

its flash, he just saved it as gif so that u wouldnt need flash player to view it
eh not bad for ur first, but the thing is u dont usually show people ur things until uve made something good. First u try to experiment and read a few tutorials, and the number one rule about animating: knowing to draw. xD
