Hey, I reside on the Diablo 2 US East non-ladder realm and was wondering if anyone would like to test out dupe methods (such as gmerc etc.) with me today or whenever.

We can work on this together and maybe come up with something.

there is no method that can work.. the lag is fake it will drop you before you achieve the lag you need to dupe and the merc is patched so u cant dupe

I have a few things to say towards that:
1. Yes, you're right you do need lag to dupe
2. Yes, you're right it usually does drop you
3. No, you're wrong, gmerc may be patched but there will always be a way to create lag and always be a way to dupe, that's a fact. I'm sure there are people out there duping right now, just because a method is not known to the general public doesn't mean it doesn't exist at all.

i have a way to create a massive amount of lag... dont know if it would help anyway in dupe, but the lag is so great that when you walk it look slike your invisble and walking in and out of town makes you drop from the game.

what is it with people and duping, its damn near impossible to do and just not cool, if u cant get rich on ur own then dont resort to duping, also if blizz finds duped items on ur account better kiss it goodbye

If it's "near" impossible and we get it to work. what's not cool about that? and you can't just dupe a bunch of crap and get rich, you have to have at least decent stuff to dupe. and if they find duped items on your account, who's to say you didn't trade for them to get them? /gg.

When it comes to them finding items on your account and deleting it...Wrong. Wrong. btw if I didnt make it clear enough you're wrong. rolleyes: anyone with high runes has dupes on their account... lol.

don't say something like GG on the forums, that's a gayass diablo2 word and should be used only for diablo2.
and for note #2: People can dupe. Not to sounds stupid, but I have a friend who dupes all the time, he found out a way to dupe and now he does it all the time. I don't care enough to ask him, but he would tell me how if I did. it's not easy, but still who cares? I'm bored :|

People always say their "friend" knows how, meh. and it's also pointless to say "gg" is a d2 word, have you ever played any other online game at all? its online game lingo in general.

fps can go below 10, but it takes a while if i do it alone. basically i drop gold till lag is insane, and you drop and stuff.. your character also disapears

dropping gold to make lag? tried it with 10mbit connection, and the gold starts dissapearing before it creates any lag.
I Used goldropper made in outoit. Act 1.
How do you go about dropping?
Maybe the lag you experience is not server side, but rather due to your connection speed?
