99 in three weeks....wow. I have a 92 Sorc I'm working on and getting to 93 is painful.
I would say that they're botting though with D2JSP. I can't think of anything else besides that.
A friend told me that the exp bonus from the torch makes a huge difference but I think that's crap personally.

we already established it could not be botting....lucky for you i am not going to warn you for spam for repeating whats been established...and torch does not add xp, you may be thinking of anni

Mother ***er's ! listen to me if you want to lvl, get all xp bonus item's then find full game's and solo. No party , or if you are partyed, go to area'a with mass Eleet monster's and kill them but make sure no one is leeching your xp. Solo in a full game. best xxXperience ok, now shut up about itz. Iam cool like that.
