Item creators

Um, I'm looking for a really good item creator. I need something that I can use to create my own custom, hacked armor sets. I'm using Mastadex's Hero Editor (Zonfire Edition) right now, but it's item create utility is not good enough to do what I want it to. So if somebody could point me in the right direction, I would be eternally grateful.

have you tried hero editor v0.96? its a character editor.
