plz dont start flaming but anyways is it true in 30days u can get ur acc back? or is that just bs? also wen u get ur acc back is it empty or full with ur old chars? plz mods dont close or just tell me cuz i realli want to no that all my hardwork has not been put to waste

You will not get your account back in 30 days.

If it's your first time being banned you will however have your CD-key restored to access battle.net, where you can start a new account.
