need help with a hoto sequence

I just got a hoto and realized summoning the level 4 heart of the oak only costs 1700 gold each time and provides me with 45% extra health (that's another 1,200 health) and need help setting it up to where it will summon the oak sage every game.

I tried binding it to the key that casts frozen armor in the first town precast sequence since I don't use frozen armor but every time I leave the game, the key binding for it resets... is there any way to have the bot press (skill display hotkey), then left-click the oak sage skill (4th skill from the right on the 4th row from the bottom) then right-click to cast it during the first town pre-cast sequence?
