torch trading problem

ok well i tried to trade the torch in the trade screen for the first time. i was doing a torch for torch trade. it wouldn't work, it did the thing it ussually does when the player can't hold the item(but it was torch for torch so why?) they didn't have too many items either. it didn't work withone person, so they left and another person came and it didn't work with them either. so we had to trade old school(lol) by akara.

can somebody tell me why this is happening(haven't played since to trade a torch normal yet until now)

because blizzard said that it doesnt work for 2 of the same items that you can only hold 1 of.

oh, well i guess i can always do what i did and trade at the wall but atleast i know what torch i'm trading for. and yes, that is very gay, i was like wtf and so were other ppl.

if u try torch 4 torch in trade window i think it gives it to the other person one at a time so it registers as 2 torches in ure inventory

As long as you don't already have a torch, and the other player doesn't already have an anni (assuming it's YOUR anni and the other player's torch that is involved in the trade), it should work just fine.
