Buying an Alienware computer i need help makeing a decision

I'm going to buy a Alienware computer i'm getting one mainly for gaming purposes, i was looking at the Aurora 7500 ($1,853) or the Area-51 7500 ($1,800) both are similar in price
but i'm looking for the one with the highest performance in gaming if you could please give me your opinion i would appreciate it, here are the tech specs for both. .. Alas i do not know what any of this means.

... It won't be 600 dollars and twice as good, it'll more than likely be 1200 and 2x as good which is still 600 less. And ibuypower sucks anyway, just build it on your own.

Alienware is the worst choice. That along with Dell. Always build your own desktop... Laptops... I'm not sure.

take taht 1.8grand and buy parts yourself and it'll be way better then alienware. its just a name.

My friend has the Aurora 7500, holy ****ing shit is that thing fast... Any game, any time, with a billion other applications running. I can honestly say i have never seen that thing lag (other then the lags everyone gets from the game's servers) due too a over load of crap. I think he upgraded the ram though.

If you've ever looked into the specs of the 7500, and compared them to other pcs with the same specs(And parts). You would not be saying that its not worth the cash...
