Rofl? Botting? Right after a banning? And the least detectable bot is being banned? Man, use your common sense if you have it.

mmbot doesn't get you banned...d2jsp does though. use mmbot and you won't be banned(i botted only a few nights ago)

ok well then since mmbot is safe, can someone plz tell me how to get it working correctly, because i cannot get it to work for the life of me, and ive asked this question several times but no one has helped, and i downloaded the 5.44 final mm bot version from this site

If you are that worried about being banned, don't bot. I have only seen one instance of someone claiming mm.bot got them banned and it sounded fishy to me.
If you need help with mm.bot, please post more information. What doesn't work? What error are you getting? Does is start, run at all, run a little, not pick stuff up? Did you read the manual? Many of us only needed that to get it running.

its the part about the data in the diablo 2 folder, suppsseed to have that data thing in it, am i suppossed to overwrite the originlal data? because i think that i put it inside that data folder and im thinking that, that is the problem
Additional Comment: ok ill tell u exactly what it says about it, i try to run the application and this is what is says diablo 2 folder was not found in C:\Program Files\Diablo II, specify it correctly in mm.bot.ini the problem with that is i cannot find anything saying mm.bot.ini please help, should i uninstall everything and try to do it from scratch again?

Look in the directory where you unzipped the mm.bot. I have a folder that's named mm.BOT.544B5 (yours might be slightly different). Inside that folder is another named Config. Inside that folder should be the mm.BOT.ini file. Open that file (probably with Notepad) and make sure the line
"D2_Path = C:\Program Files\Diablo II" is where your game is installed. If you are failing as you describe you probably have your game installed someplace else like "C:\Games\Diablo II" or just "C:\Diablo II" or possibly on another drive. Correct the "D2_Path =" line in the mm.BOT.ini file.

alright i found that the diablo 2 folder was just in the c drive so i moved it inside the program files, and uninstalled the bots and reinstalled them following the directions even more carefully. but now its getting into the run, and saying that it was an abnormal first run, and it just walks around town for a min and then exits and leaves me a message about it being an abnormal first run

Newest version of mmbot is 5.44 Final, and no it won't get you banned.

no, u just said what the latest version of the bot was, which i already knew, u didnt say that i needed to get it, but thank u for telling me
and do i follow all the same steps as i did with the other one Additional Comment: k i downloaded it but i dont see a config file in it,all it has is: mm.check mm.check.readme setup and setup just goes to the installer |
