YOu have to get ya pic hosted at a site and if ya did copy the link of the pic to ya Sig Area and put it between these 2 things:

What he failed to say was, you can get your picture hosted at this website. http://www.upload.d2sector.net. Browse > Copy & Paste. Easy as that.
