I made a smiter on ladder
Str is 160 with items
Dex is 190 with items
Vita is 250 with items
energy is 50 with items
i use

I don't agree with the guillames face maybe you can use a coa or something better than this.About the other stuff all of them are great.

remake that char ur vita is unbelievably low. id say u have way too much dex
use maras instead of seraphs
use shako with ber instead of guillaums (since u dont have enough str for coa)

why would you say he has too much dex? ive heard that blocking means nothing for ubers so if that is true is this why the dex is too high?
also what level is your smiter currently

umm why in the world would u need 190dex? on a pally? enough for ur PB will usually get u max block with HS, with exile his defense is already gigantic enough, if he wants more he can use ebug stone for armor
plus look at his vita, its horrible..

what base str/dex/vit do you have and what level are you? just trying to get a feel of what direction i should be stearing in.

My char is lvl 80, im not sure on the base str, dex, and vita since i am at work and not at home i still need to do the act 3 stats quests on each of the difficulty lvls
also i am using gulli's face for the crushing blow %

if you get a mage plate coh and high enough stat anni and torch you shouldn't have to add that much to strength.. i strongly suggest remaking because your life looks like it's extremely low and looks like you pumped way higher into dex and str than needed.

i really cant see what item ur wearing that could possibly need 125 base str.
ur dex is wayyyyy to big, dont put any points into dex until u can wear ur shield and all items that give bonuses, then add until u reach 75% block after HS. (in hell, if it makes a difference)
for ur str just put enough for ur least requiring item that gives a bonus to str(after all ur charms that give bonuses to str), then see if u can equip other items with bonus. If u really cant equip everything without adding more than add some str till u can i guess
everything else into vita. U should have at least 300base vita, and like 400 after all items

ok dude use shako and maras remake ur paladin forget the dex lay off a little on the str none to energy go crazy with vita it should be way higher and u should be cool

also are most ppl who kill ubers pure smiters or a smiter/zeal mix? my current build was max zeal, fanat, smite, holyshield, rest into sacrifice. or should i look at a pure smiter and go max smite, holyshield, fanat, defiance, rest into resist lightning?
ive heard every 2 points? into resist lightning will raise lightning resist by 1%? is this true? and if it is will this bump your resist over the 75 cap without any +to max resist items?

Dont bother putting any points into zeal its not useful for your purposes. The build you seem to be leaning for would be the V/S -- Vindicator/Saviour variant which puts points into res auras. What you heard is true, for every 2 points into res aura u get one % passive bonus (meaning when u arent using the actual res aura). If you go for V/S dont bother maxing defiance b/c you'll want to invest points into each res aura.

not into each res aura just into lightning is what i have been told. Fire and cold are not that powerful when ubering

For ubering of course u dont need the individual auras, however nowhere in my post did I say it was for just ubering  The build I was referring to is more of a pvp smiter rather than for just ubering.

u already get items that increase ur cap for fire and cold (ur exile), so to equilibrate everything, its good to put point into resist light to increase ur light res.
BTW, every TWO points in resist aura increases passively ur max+res by ONE
BUT When using the aura, each ONE point will increase by ur max+res by one, as long as the aura is on.
So if u have res light lvl 10, when using fanact u would have 80% LR, when using the light res aura u would have 85%
snowclash, tgods, hotspurs are ur best friends in pvp  .
but if ur gonna make a hybrid build, u can forget about extra points to spend in resist auras..
